Day 41

Cash Games: -$1,216.33
I grinded at 5/10NL on both PP and PS. The results weren't good at all. I got set-over setted on party twice, and didn't get much action on my good hands. I also had a losing session on 5/10nl on stars for the first time in a while. I am not sure what I was doing wrong, but I wasn't playing my game. I will probably go back and look at some hands and try to plug some leaks.

Tournaments: +$4,171.00

I won the $100+9 on stars and it felt great to finally take down a tournament with no chop! I also won a $500 HU match against a player who said he was drunk, so I tried to take advantage of that. I didn't cash in the $162 or the $109's.

Hand Histories:
I have been playing a lot on PartyPoker recently and I find it hard to get the hand histories while 8-tabling and saving them. I am going to see if there is a better way, and I will try my best to get more hand histories here. Here are two, but there are so many more I would like to share:

Overall: +$2,884.67
I Need: $30,992.12
Total Earnings: $69,001.88

Hey Bill. I also play on pokerstars as jamesb8701. Nowhere near the level you are playing at though. I just happened to see that final table in the $100+9 that you won. I liked how you offered a even chop when he was like a 3 to 1 chip leader. Congrats. I really like the blog, keep it up. I was wondering if you could give me some tips on how you got to be able to play poker for a living. I have been reading and playing a lot and would like to improve my game. Thanks and good luck on your quest.
