So I got some good news, today I called support and they are still investigating the problem, but the prioritized my case to the highest level. Also they said that the $3,000 cashout will definately be refunded to me. I asked them the name of the person who cashed it out, and the location of where it went to, but they couldn't give me that information yet. So I am happy about the $3,000 back, I am not sure whether or not I will get the $5,000 back, but we'll see.
